For patients missing most or all of their teeth in an arch, full-mouth dental implants offer a permanent, natural-feeling alternative to traditional dentures. Dr. Nadim Haidar is a board-certified specialist in oral implantology, and full-arch restoration is one of his core areas of expertise.
A full arch of replacement teeth is permanently anchored to a small number of implants — it doesn't come out, and it looks and functions like natural teeth.
A denture that snaps securely onto implants, offering much more stability and confidence than a traditional denture while still being removable for cleaning.
For qualifying patients, we can place implants and attach a temporary full set of teeth in a single visit, so you never have to be without a smile.

Because they're anchored to the jawbone, implant-supported teeth don't slip, click, or require adhesive. They also help preserve jawbone density, which traditional dentures don't do — so your facial structure is better supported over the long term. Patients also find they can bite and chew with far more confidence than a removable denture alone allows.
Rebuilding an entire arch is a bigger undertaking than a single implant, but the process breaks down into three main stages.
Dr. Haidar examines your jawbone and bite, using 3D imaging to map out how many implants you'll need and where they should go, then builds a plan around fixed, removable, or same-day teeth.
A small number of implants — often as few as four per arch — are placed strategically in the jawbone to support the entire arch, done comfortably under local anesthesia.
Once the implants have fully fused with the bone, your custom-crafted arch of permanent teeth is attached, completing a smile built to function and last for years.
Candidacy comes down to the health of your jawbone and gums, which Dr. Haidar evaluates at your consultation — and even significant bone loss often doesn't rule out treatment thanks to bone grafting. Because implants need time to fuse with the jaw before your final teeth are attached, full-arch treatment typically spans several months from start to finish, though qualifying patients can leave with a complete temporary smile the same day. Not sure where you stand? Visit our candidacy page, or compare all of your options for replacing missing teeth.

Every full-mouth case is different, and the right approach depends on your jawbone health, remaining teeth, and goals. Schedule a consultation with Dr. Haidar to find out which full-arch option is the best fit for you.
